In my career span of 16 years, donned various hats covering a wide array of responsibilities into different work areas of Project Management, Category Sourcing, Business Assurance and to developing a GCC in India for one of the world’s largest packaging companies. I am fortunate to have learned from the best and got opportunities to apply the same in the dynamic business environment of Sourcing and Business Services. One thing that remained constant throughout my journey is my relentless pursuit of innovation in the corporate structures, thus bringing in people and processes together in a creative way to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone, across countries, sectors, and disciplines. Currently, I am the Head of Shared Services in TMS and proud of developing the India Centre into a global capability hub providing quality services and support solutions, enabling the Head Office and Client services to focus on core operational objectives.
