Managed & lead 2 Portfolios across Fulfilment function and Content Management for Titan Company’s official website across Brands and Categories. Key impact was in bringing several process improvements in fulfilment resulting in reduced customer complaints, improved NPS, and better customer experience. Also lead the building of Content Management System under Digital Transformation Initiative from defining the architecture to leading creation of complete On site Content.

Lead a cross functional team & managed multiple stakeholders on a key Project to identify & build new business venture for the company. Most interesting part was to work on Business Strategy with leading global specialists and innovation consultants together to bring out a time bound optimal output with a final proof of concept ready to be launched, using the Design Thinking approach. This included consumer and User studies, Expert studies on one hand and innovative work with product vendors on the other to bring alive a functional prototype for user testing.

As Brand Manager for Tanishq handled various marketing campaigns and worked on some truly path-breaking innovative brand communication. Worked on Trend setting collection launches, local festival promotions & smart activations. As Category/ Merchandise manager for jewelry worked on new product launches , product innovations, adapted to the traditional market norms and made sure profitability was achieved.
