Located Onsite at National Grid, UK Supported the TCS relationship and account management team onsite. Involved in engaging with the client’s Contract & Relationship Management team (CRM) to develop and maintain existing stakeholder relationships. Managed large scale corporate events (eg: Annual ‘Global SpirIT’ Charity Ball involving more than 200 people , mainly senior or global heads from leading utility and IT firms). Initiated HR face to face for all the locations where TCS associates were placed.Appointed by client to work with its security team, I represented the three outsourcing companies (TCS Ltd, Wipro & Zensar Technologies) working for the client onsite. This involved engaging with the Hinckley Police and Hinckley& Bosworth Borough Council to ensure the safety of the outsourcing companies onsite employees.
