Training Needs / Internal and External:• Help identify and cultivate essential skills and attributes of the trainers by observing and facilitating updates, basic training and other training formats to maximize contribution and engagement.• Help assess regional training needs through interaction with the sales team on field.• Clearly communicate the client's (HUL) objectives to trainer staff.• Continually motivate staff to achieve client's training and sales objectives.• Assist in the delivery of training in service, product knowledge, grooming skills and company policies and procedures.• Assist in scheduling trainings so as to meet the business objectives of the client through upgrading all untrained sales staff in system across territory.• Help create and maintain a creative atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and support at all times.Employee Management:Currently managing a team of 20 trainers who train the sales force of Lakme & Ponds in South & West India.• Help in recruitment, interview and hiring of the best training staff to meet training standards.• Help complete training staff job orientation and through thorough training, provide clarity to each team member on their role in achieving the vision, strategy, and goals. • Observe training staff delivering core trainings to help identify and facilitate on-going job specific training for training staff in facilitation skills, product knowledge, communication skills.• Provide clear, constructive feedback on a regular basis to training employees on their job performance.• Help provide an atmosphere that motivates, encourages and challenges training staff to achieve excellence.• Help monitor and recommend action to correct poor performance.• Ensure consistent and proper communication both internally and externally.

-Co-ordination of the on-the-job training project for Lakme stylists in West & South India. -Imparting classroom trainings for HUL Brands Lakme & Ponds. -Leading & guiding a team of 13 On the Job trainers in South & West India towards achieving the goals of performance enhancement of Lakme stylists on the counters through quality audits.-Conducting Train the Trainer Program (TTT).-Complete Induction & Orientation of new trainers.-Taking training feedback.-Conducting training evaluation.-Creating methods to upgrade skills and knowledge of trainers in the system as per the client's needs.

Responsible for the on -the - job training of Lakme stylists at the Lakme counters in areas including product knowledge, selling skills, grooming, customer interaction skills etc.

Responsible for:• Preparing the schedule of the batch-in-training.• Imparting thorough technical LASER training to the batch one-on- one.• Training the batch in soft skills and client-rapport building abilities along with their technical expertise so that they can provide a holistic experience to the client.• Polishing their selling skills for products as well as Kaya services.

Responsible for:• Imparting various exclusive Kaya skin treatments (including various chemical peels, microdermabrasion and LASER hair reduction).• Introducing services & products to new clients, helping them identify their skin’s requirement after a consultation with the in-house dermatologists. • Managing client database & billings and helping in business development activities for the clinic in addition to making arrangements for sorting out infrastructure related problems in absence of the Clinic Manager.• Managing the requisitions, acceptance, inventory, & audits for the products, consumables & stationery stock of the clinic as Stock in-charge of the clinic. • Managing the maintenance of the skin treatment machines employed in the clinic as the First Person Responsible for machine maintenance in the clinic.
