My work also includes applying CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing and HCR RNA-FISH to dissect the molecular underpinnings of neural circuits.In addition to my technical expertise, I excel in optimizing and troubleshooting experiments, particularly in Confocal Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry, to ensure reliable and reproducible results.
