Recruitment & Selection: • Recruitment process - by using job portal & Social Networks. • Gathering requirement from the concern department.• Co-ordination with seniors for the recruitment. • Taking Telephonic Round of Interview, Shortlist candidates for the Personal Interview as well as Primary Interview.• Conducting Exit Interview.HR Functions: • Salary negotiation, induction & joining formalities & bank A/c opening etc.. • Design Policies and various HR Forms. • Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, reliving letter, etc.• Arranging training session for the employees. • Keeping track of Confirmation, appraisals, and increments of employees. • Taking care of sitting arrangement. • Preparing daily attendance records & attendance sheet of employees.• Management of employee's leave, Leave calculation & issue salary slips. Admin Functions: • Office Administration. • Housekeeping Management & Event Management. • Look after all the general administration of office.• Maintain Employee's Personal File. • Fixing of new Desktops and other Office Equipment. • Festival Celebration, and Employee's Birthday & Anniversary, company Annual day. • Handle employee’s grievance & Problems. Other Functions: • Evolve / Enhance/ Modify Company HR policies, procedures and processes as and when required and ensure its disciplined execution.• Recruitment & Selection, Closure of position• Induction & Orientation- Joining formalities, Company presentation & Policies, Introduction• Reference checks of the candidates• Employee Engagement- Events & Celebrations, Satisfaction Surveys• Exit Formalities- Exit Interview, Due clearance sheet, Coordination with Accounts and get the settlement done smoothly• Responsible for entire HR operations on day to day basis
