Responsible for partnering with senior management/respective department heads in aligning and matching long term resource plans/ manpower requirements with organizational business growth. I also assist the senior management in defining and implementing hiring and recruitment policies as well as succession plans and promotion paths for all employees; render consultancy to the management on successful policy implementation and enforcement actions to prevent employee legal entanglements. I guide team members with human resource policies and other organizational procedures for implementing the same in day-to-day activities.
