1) Handling visa documents verification( Documents verification, checking covering letters, sharing dummy documents such as Tickets itinerary, Hotel vouchers, Travel Insurance etc. ) for visa stamping formalities in India for Business visa for many countries ( includes major of Schengen countries, Australia, USA, Turkey, Morocco, UK ) of all the employees including the seniors of Allianz Technology SE. Also take care of Work permit visa stamping applications.2) Coordinating with VFS, Consulate and Embassy in case of visa queries.3) Handled group of 30 employees for Morocco business visa application.4) Look after Domestic ticket issuance, Domestic Hotel booking, Cab booking. Working on Galileo to share International Flight options with fares and cancellation/rescheduling charges as per Airline Policy.5) Follow up with our back-end team as well as the employees of Allianz Technologies Ltd for smooth and fast processing of visa applications.6) Taking care of maintaining daily excel sheet of transaction and Generating Invoice for every transactions.
