Worked as a plant operator in the Biofuel Division wherein non-edible oils like Jatropha oil, Used cooking oil and Palm stearin are made to react with hydrogen gas in Xytel Pilot Plant, to give hydroprocessed products. Received training to manage all the operations of the Xytel Pilot Plant, Tripple Parallel Reactor(High Pressure Micro Reactor) and Vacuum Distillation unit wherein the obtained hydroprocessed product is separated into three fractions namely: Green Naphtha, Biojet Fuel and Green Diesel.Operation and maintenance of associated utilities such as Hydrogen generator,2-stage internal compressor, high and low pressure separator, reciprocating pumps, backward pressure regulator etc. Utilization of software like iFIX, pData and SCADA as per the requirements. Doing energy and mass balance for the experiments ,DCS operation and maintained DCS logbook. Synthesized different types of Hydroprocessing catalyst(heterogenous catalyst), Zeolites using various techniques.Profecient in sample preparation, experimental setup, and modification.Learned independent handling of Analytical instruments- Gas chromatography(GC), CHNS Analyzer (Solid & Liquid mode), Rudolph Density Meter and Refractometer, Freezing Point Analyzer, Flame photo Meter
