(Right now, the S/4HANA transition is the main focus).• Leadership: Foster a diverse team of Global Business & IT function executives' collaborative and innovative process mining culture.• Process Discovery: Encompassing the identification, mapping, and analysis of key business processes (such as Purchase-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivable, Business Partner Master Data, and Material Master Data) using cutting-edge process mining tools (such as Celonis) and methodologies.• Continuous Improvement: Leading process optimization initiatives, locating bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for growth, and closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to put new ideas into practice.• Data-Driven Insights: Taking actionable information from process data and using analytics and machine learning to guide decisions.• Stakeholder Engagement: Working with senior leadership, business divisions, and other stakeholders to make sure process mining projects are in line with the overall organizational plan.• SAP: Collaborating closely with key decision-makers and senior executives to facilitate the optimization of the transition process to SAP S4HANA.• Change Management: Enabling the implementation of process mining inside our organization, offering assistance and training (demonstrations) to teams looking to increase process transparency and efficiency.
