As a Human Resources Trainee at Conor Australia, I gained valuable experience in client development and marketing campaign management, while supporting the HR team in various tasks and projects. I applied my skills in email marketing, communication, and research to create and execute effective strategies to attract and retain customers and employees. I also learned from the best practices and feedback of the HR professionals and managers, and contributed to the improvement of the HR processes and policies. I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing at Tula's Institute, where I am developing my knowledge and skills in marketing theories, tools, and techniques. I am passionate about human resources and marketing, and I aspire to become a HR leader who can leverage both fields to create positive impacts and outcomes for the organization and the people.
