Fueling business transformation through data is my passion. Currently, I’m pursuing my MS in Business Analytics at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. This STEM-designated program allows me to work in the U.S. for up to three years on CPT/OPT before seeking sponsorship, giving me the opportunity to make a significant impact in the data-driven business world.During my Data Science Internship at Tata Consumer Products, I worked on data analysis, SQL queries, and market basket models to enhance product recommendations. With a solid foundation in computer science and extensive experience in Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, I excel at turning complex datasets into actionable insights. My expertise spans data modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence, and I’m driven to apply these skills to solve real-world challenges. Whether it’s optimizing decision-making processes or uncovering hidden opportunities, I thrive on bridging the gap between technical analysis and business strategy. What truly sets me apart is my ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data not only informs but inspires action. In the short term, I’m focused on gaining experience in roles that emphasize data-driven decision-making and business growth. Long term, I aspire to lead data analytics teams, driving innovation and shaping the future of data strategy across industries. When I’m not analyzing data, you can find me exploring new trends in analytics on my blog: https://medium.com/@shrutiborkar13.
