Tools & Devices: OpenNMS, Veraz, Sansay, PhoneixSoft, Empirix (For Pulling SIP traces).• Handling emails as the first level of communication.• Analyzing root cause of SIP related trouble using Empirix / OMP traces & CDR’s.• Coordination with all the vendors for different issues (FAS, Fast Busy, Dead Air, RDTMF, DTMF, Dropped call, Audios issues, Low ACD or ASR).• Analyzing the RTP parameter like MOS scores, R-Factor, packet loss, etc. for audio issues.• Monitoring and testing A-Z destinations with appropriate route for parameter like PDD, ASR, ACD, FAS and checking the voice quality as well as provide escalation support, when required.• Figuring out call failure issues related to the codec (G711, G729, G723, etc.) mismatch.• Working with vendors/suppliers at fault to fix the route in question.• Perform route change in terms of cost and connectivity on VERAZ, Sansay and Soft switches.• Working with the stake holders (vendors) or LECs or international customer to bring the circuit back up and stable.• Lingo communications also works under FGD so that need to work with national carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Century Link, Level3 & Sprin
