Undergone Summer Internship at NTPC Limited, New Delhi in HR Policy Department.Have done project ‘Comparative Study of HR Policies of various PSUs’ in which HR policies of NTPC were compared with those of other PSUs, to find out the positive and limiting factors of HR policies as compared to others and to give suggestions for improvement.
