•Act as the primary point of contact between the ISCS accounts and the company at India level; manage relationship with the accounts in a manner that would be mutually beneficial for both the client and the company. •Maintain and grow the current Net Revenue and Gross Revenue levels of the ISCS Branch. •Analyzing and providing solutions to the clients and managing their End to End Supply Chain (Including International Movement, Domestic Movement, Value Added Services) •Conducting monthly biz review meeting with customers and take requisite corrective actions for the concerns raised by client. •Ensure 100% operational excellence and strict adherence to SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) by operations & customer service team. •Proactively interacting with the clients to assess performance levels, discuss issues, problems (current and potential) that are affecting performance, proposing solutions and specific measures to overcome them. •Resolve all operational and financial issues pertaining to assigned accounts. •Review existing reporting structure, frequency & automate reports to increase utilisation of ISCS resources. •Consultation for Network Optimization and reviewing the AS-IS and TO-BE analysis tool to determine the best possible solutions for implementing new clients.
