A senior at Rutgers University majoring in Human Resource Management and double-minoring in Business Administration and Labor Studies.Though there are many important aspects of the field of Human Resources, she is primarily intrigued by the impact systems and strategic decisions regarding the human capital make on a business. She is actively seeking opportunities to connect with industry professionals to stay in touch with the real world and to gain insights as she completes her undergraduate degree. Upon graduation in the spring of 2025, she would like to work in a role that allows her to explore Workforce Analytics, Compensation, HR Business Partnering, or HR Technology.
