I am the Co-Founder and Director at Poshika, with a distinguished background holding a Doctorate in English and an academician until 2019. In 2016, I transitioned into the world of entrepreneurship, where I successfully mentored and strategically exited one of our portfolio company Qwazent in 2023. Currently, I am dedicated to nurturing Poshika, our family office, alongside my husband. Poshika is a dynamic force in startup investments across FinTech, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Education, serving as the driving force behind UGRO Capital Limited, a leading small business finance company in India. With a keen eye for innovation, Poshika has also invested in Qwazent, a Healthcare Talent Search Firm. While taking a brief hiatus from active commercial pursuits to cherish family moments, I am indulging in my passion for sustainable farming by overseeing the development of my organic farm in Faridabad, nestled near the serene Westin Sohna. Excited for the future as I prepare for my son's college journey in the next two years, I continue to embody a spirit of creativity, growth, and purpose in all my endeavors.
