Current- Part of several key accounts, including Costa Coffee & Monzo (social), Visa (content), & Meta (B2B)
- Conducting deep dives into culture, audiences and media to mine insights that inform brand strategy, especially in the digital and social space.
- Interpreting data and presenting them with brevity and clarity
- Using insights to write compelling creative briefs and working in synergy with the creative team to bring new ideas to life
- Intra-agency responsibilities: Part of DEI council, organising knowledge-sharing sessions with team, representative at industry events, working on thought leadership opportunities
- Working on new business pitches and award entries
