As a radiation protection supervisor, I was responsible for ensuring the safe use of the radiation suite and radio labelled substance. I had to ensure all the stocks and usage was recorded and kept track of. This included supervision and teaching other students while monitoring the suite before and after use.The record also included the tracking of radio labelled waste and maintenance of the waste room. I was involved with communications with the technicians to maintain stock of record sheets and waste disposal bags and bins.
