As a People professional with over 13 years of experience, I have had wide array of experiences. With constantly expanding roles and broader portfolios, I have always pushed my limits, thrived in ambiguity and delivered exceptional results. With high agility and learning on the fly, I have led recruitment across domains and have moved from Talent Acquisition to HR Business Partnering role seamlessly. My experience in Recruiting has given me the right foundation to build my HR Business Partnering role further. Over the past half a decade in HR Business Partnering role, my scope has doubled, from a function with 600 employees to being responsible for 1300 employees. It’s gratifying to see how my role has enhanced over the years and the kind of impact I have been able to create on people through Talent Management, Leadership Development, Coaching, Change Management & Talent Acquisition thereby helping create positive culture and generating efficient outcomes.My passion lies in working with people and helping find simple solutions to complex problems. On the other significant aspect of my life, I am a wife, and a parent to a 3 year old, constantly putting my HR management skills to test at home.
