Howdy! My name is Shruti and I am currently a sophomore at Texas A&M University studying Electrical Engineering, pursuing a minor in Mathematics, on-track to receive the Technology in Business certificate, and recipient of the Distinguished Student Award. I am interested in the intersection of business and technology which led to my involvement in the Aggies in Tech Cohort 2 program through the Mays Business School. Under the support of Prof. David Alexander, CMO of Everbridge, I have had the opportunity to delve into the worlds of technology and business with hands-on-experience developing product proposals, identifying go-to-market strategies, and conducting user testing. This interest extends to my externship at Baker Hughes where I had the opportunity to explore solution selling from industry leaders in the oil and gas industry. As a driven Texas A&M engineering student, I am eager to leverage my interdisciplinary education and hands-on experience in technology and business. I am actively seeking an internship combining business acumen with technical expertise in data-driven environments, where I can apply my skills in coding, user experience design, and strategic market analysis to drive technological innovations and business solutions.
