CurrentAt Flatiron Health, I am responsible for the digital transformation of enterprise systems with an eye toward profitability and user experience enhancement. I work closely with C-suite executives and VPs (SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Finance, Engineering, People) to develop systems roadmaps that can catapult our commercial strategy and support our financial goals.🔹 Managing a portfolio of Corporate Technology projects (ERP, CRM, ITOps), ensuring coordination of shared resources, clear communication to stakeholders and managing cross-functional risks across projects aimed at OpEx improvements.🔹 Led the post-acquisition system integration of Protocol First’s commercial data into Flatiron’s sales and finance systems, delivering a comprehensive strategy for IT governance and infrastructure consolidation (Quote-to Cash).🔹 Identified the need for and led the development of Flatiron’s Corporate Data Warehouse (Snowflake + Fivetran + Looker) to model commercial and financial data across multiple systems for enhancing commercial and financial decisions. 🔹 Spearheaded the automation of Flatiron's employee lifecycle management processes to improve onboarding & off-boarding efficiency as well as control security risks of operating in federated environments (OKTA workflows).🔹 Realigned the performance of the technology / IT function through operational restructuring to directly improve cashflow within the business.
