I was part of a 3 person recruitment team tasked to bring in talent in order to double the employee base from 40 to 80 in a highly skilled areas (Business Analytics, Delivery Manager, Data Engineer & Data Scientist). I was instrumental in the company hiring 17 candidates during my paid internship. I worked to help attract, process, track, and employ 100+ candidates across multiple experienced positions using systems including LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Microsoft Office, and Zoho.
