• Customer Support: Interacting with customers to understand and troubleshoot their technical issues related to AWS services.• Troubleshooting: Investigating and diagnosing customer-reported problems and identifying the root causes. Analyzing logs, reviewing configurations, and utilizing debugging tools to resolve issues.• Incident Management: Manage critical customer incidents, such as service disruptions or performance issues. • Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor. Providing guidance and best practices to customers on how to effectively use AWS services, optimize their infrastructure, and address any performance or security concerns.• Monitoring and Proactive Support: Monitor AWS services and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they impact customers.• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the AWS knowledge base by creating and maintaining documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. and collaborate with other teams to improve processes and tools.• Escalation Management: Working closely with other technical teams within AWS, such as Solution Architects and Development Teams, to escalate complex issues, provide feedback on service improvements, and collaborate on troubleshooting efforts.• Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with the latest AWS services, features, and industry trends.
