Design and manage the entire network and security infrastructure for Pegasystems running on AWS and GCP. My responsibilities include network security architecture design, network security implementation, risk assessment and management, ensuring compliance to network security standards, and monitoring for any security threats or breaches in the networking.

• Customer Support: Interacting with customers to understand and troubleshoot their technical issues related to AWS services.
• Troubleshooting: Investigating and diagnosing customer-reported problems and identifying the root causes. Analyzing logs, reviewing configurations, and utilizing debugging tools to resolve issues.
• Incident Management: Manage critical customer incidents, such as service disruptions or performance issues.
• Technical Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor. Providing guidance and best practices to customers on how to effectively use AWS services, optimize their infrastructure, and address any performance or security concerns.
• Monitoring and Proactive Support: Monitor AWS services and infrastructure to identify potential issues before they impact customers.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the AWS knowledge base by creating and maintaining documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. and collaborate with other teams to improve processes and tools.
