I love speaking with our customers to understand the pain points we can then focus on addressing. I love the challenge of diffusing an escalated issue and turning an upset customer into a loyal, repeat consumer. Additionally, I'm responsible for mitigating loss to the company and putting new processes in place to increase profitability without increasing costs. Finding unique solutions to new problems is a daily occurrence and one of the most exciting aspects of my role. Above all else, my favorite part of my job is the continued development and success of the employees within my organization. Creating new opportunities, roles and teams to help the business while seeing my team progress vertically within the company is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
