"Toodego.com" is a service platform created by "Métropole of Lyon" which aims to simplify citizen's daily life by gathering all necessary information into one place. My mission was to create a toolbox so that partners who were about to join the platform could easily manage the project independently. Having cooperated with an international team, we worked out a manual to create teleservices in both the digital and PDF versions. "Toodego.com" est la plateforme de services numériques de la métropole de Lyon pour faciliter la vie des usagers. Ma mission au sein de la Métropole est de fournir un outil afin de faciliter la création et la gestion des téléservices pour des communes partenaires de la métropole.Ayant co-élaboré un guide pratique en version web et papier à la destination des collectivités, j'ai requis des compétences en Gestion du projet de la transformation numérique (Design thinking, méthodes agile, méthode innovante, prototypage et maquettage, UX ) dans une équipe internationale.
