Set a clear roadmap for technology development with well-structured and executable plans - started with basic material RD to the final product qualification; built a high-quality RD organization; highly efficient manpower planning and resource allocation based on project needs; led the memory development for both stand-alone NVM products (high-speed and high-endurance) and embedded NVM IP (high data retention, reflow compatible) – including thin-film material & device design, process & integration of memory elements with CMOS BEOL, array core and near-core peripheral circuit design, and device yield and reliability improvement on 300mm platform
