My experience includes a large number of years within the luxury retail market with a diverse array of knowledge across multiple product lines including RTW, shoes, accessories and denim jeans wear. Since graduated from my course in fashion and management, I have been working in various retail related work including designing my own t-shirt. While I was working for a high street independent boutique, I have had an opportunity as a buyer visiting various trade shows like inter-season, 40 degree and the Edge, sourcing interesting labels/brands and gained valuable knowledge with trade and wholesale businesses. After about a year gap away from retail, i took a new direction and started working for a luxury lifestyle brand, Shanghai Tang for about a year and a half, as a sale consultant which includes tailoring service before joining my current employer Joseph Ltd. After two years as a supervisor I was promoted to a store manager working with the brands like Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Galliano and Jill Sander. I then moved on to work as a manager for Joseph 7 for all mankind jeans store with the responsibility of buying both men’s and the ladies RTW collections. presently I am an assistant manager for one of Joseph high profile mono brand store.
