• Review and ensure CAPEX budget, project expenditure capitalization and accuracy of accounting and reporting of Tangible & Intangible assets• Review and monitoring including of sanitization of Fixed Assets register and conduct Physical verification of fixed assets• Monitoring of Project CWIP to ensure timely follow up and capitalization upon completion, also include compilation and identification of asset details to be ready for capitalization• Ensure and monitoring Project invoice processed on time, accurate WHT deduction & periodic reconciliation and review documentation for payment• Monitoring and reporting of R&D cost• Preparation of annual budget (Capex, depreciation and R&D) working• Acting the role to communicate and coordinate various departments in the daily operation• Assist in quarterly audit, yearly tax filing, internal control compliance and other adhoc matter

Manage and overseeing 3 active companies and 1 dormant company. I will need to manager 3 subordinates, ensuring the company monthly account closing accurately and on timely basis. I am also responsible to GST submission, LMW report review, liaised with auditor and tax agent, banker for bank facilities and others. A part from the accounting role, I am needed to monitor company’s cash flow and report to company director of the financial status and event highlighting. Financial planning part is crucial that to ensure the company has sufficient cash and will not affect the company’s day to day operation. I had also participating in the SAP system migration progress. Occasionally, I will also need to participate in board meeting by providing necessary advice.
