- Reviewing and analysing customer profile in the relevant AML/CFT/Sanctions scope of work,- Provide overall Sanctions, ML/TF risk assessment on customers profile, identifying key risk areas for attention,- Recommend and provide risk mitigating plan for senior management consideration,- Implement effective risk mitigating actions/plans for CFS as part of the team’s risk management activities.- Key learnings and responsibilities include 1 or more of the following AML/CFT control and risk mitigation activities:- Processing of escalated name screening alerts and/or transaction activities alerts,- Processing of priority requests from compliance or local authorities- Recommend filing of Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR) to STR team for consideration of further escalation to Group Regulatory Compliance Unit for STR filing,- Conducting Standard and/or Enhanced Customer Due Diligence reviews,- Customers and internal stakeholders engagement on request of information and documents,- Activities progress tracking through MIS update and reporting,- Provide AML advisory support to internal stakeholders where required

• Responsible to review hits generated from the screening after the implementation of Anti - Money Laundering (AML) phase 2, including daily and weekly hits;• Analyze data generated and provide assessment;• Perform checks on information captured;• Review customers’ requests for onboarding applications and ongoing accounts;• Perform AML screening and assessment on onboarding customers;• Perform AML screening and assessment for transfers requests; • Validating signature for customers’ update request; • Reaching out to Corporates to provide CDD/KYC information of their key officers;• Handling of queries on AML/KYC and verification of CDD/KYC documents. • Participate in adhoc assignments as and when required

• Assist in management of daily operation of Finance Department including banks, accounts receivables, payables and staff reimbursement processing functions;• Liaise with different parties including suppliers, customers and bankers;• Preparation of monthly management accounts; • Assist in Outsourced Accounting Department in providing accounting services to a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients of the Firm;• Assist in handling all types of accounting work and other ancillary ad-hoc duties.

• Assist Head of Audit in maintaining the client portfolio of the Firm;• Assist in audit staff resource planning;• Assist in various administrative works including preparing documentation of new and resigned clients, invoicing and arranging overseas business travelling matters;• Assist in Firm’s IT matters;• Other secretarial and ad hoc matters.
