Held a role of a Beginning Preschool Teacher for the Nursery 1 class for one year. Conducted class activities for the children and interacted with the parents as well.

PCF Sparkletots at Tanjong Pagar-Tiong Bahru Blk 1E (Kindergarten). I was allocated to assist for the Early Years classes (Playgroup and Nursery 1). Assisted in daily routines such as toileting and snack time. Conducted weekly lessons based on the 6 learning areas for the Nursery 1 classes. Planned events for the school such as the Mid Year Party: Slumber Party for the classes, Field Trip to Flight Experience for the Nursery 1 and 2 children, Take home activity: Transportation pop up card for parents and children based on the theme on Transportation.

A 1 month internship at the childcare as an Assistant Preschool Teacher. Was assigned to Playgroup children. Assisted my host teacher of the class with daily care routines and classroom management of the class. Implemented 3 lessons (Music and Movement, Numeracy and Aesthetic and Creative Expression) to the Playgroup class. Observation and Analysis of the children's participation and behaviour in class throughout the 1 month to come up with appropriate suggestions to aid and support their behaviour with their developmental needs.

Based on one of the modules I had, Language Arts in the Early Childhood Years, my group and I had to create a lapbook to help in children's listening, speaking and writing skills. In the lapbook we created, "What Did You Do Today?", there are 4 activities to help the respective skills and a storyline that follows.
