Dubai Municipality is a large government organization with above 10,000 employees in 33 departments. I worked at IT department in 'Applications Development Section'. My achievements included:Among the many projects that I worked over 9 years, following is a brief snapshot.► Designed, developed and implemented Enterprise Data warehouse for in-house propriety applications. Created reporting dashboards that resulted in better user experience. ► Supported and maintained data warehouse for Siebel Systems (CRM and RCCMS) using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). ► Developed System Design Document and implemented SmartInspector© project. The in-house development initiative reduced the cost as well as boosted the confidence of business users.► Performed technical analysis and design for implementation of RESTful integration services between iDubai (mobile app) and core business applications. ► Designed and implemented SOAP/XML based integration services between inspection systems and Siebel CRM using Oracle Service Bus.
