Biophysical characterization using techniques such as CD, DSC, multi-dimensional NMR and computational chemistry (modeling/simulations)

Sythesis, purification and characterization of novel anti-inflammatory agents in a drug discovery research environment- Utilize traditional and high through-put methods to synthesize new chemical entities- Perform column chromatographic and HPLC separation methods to purify the desired candidates- Characterize the candidates by techniques such as 1D-NMR, mass spectroscopy and IR - Communicate and collaborate with the appropriate teams
