Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Planning and control of Molding shop & Assembly Line.- Manages & creates daily production planning by requirement & availabilities of man machine, Material, method(4M) for smooth.Daily checking photo sensors of machines to avoid major accident.- Monitor OEE Overall equipment efficiency- Layout & First piece Inspection- Update the R.M. status data with the required R.M. to press line production.- Give R.M. Plan as per customer schedule & Take follow-up for R.M. availability.- Verification of tool setup with the setting parameters record.- Daily shop floor resources, regarding 5S & safety. Note & instruct near miss observation points to alldown lineVerifying it.- Review monthly production losses & make action plan to overcome losses.-Present KPI , KRA MRM Data.- Hazards identification & problem solving in production line.- Conduct daily meeting with Quality Dept. & Operator for customer complaint, IHR & necessary actionsAnd according prepares & monitor action plan.- Manpower Handling.- Maintain Traceability.- Create a job card as per production in ERP system and handle all ERP System.- Daily implementing 1S2S, PM on shop floor to increase operational efficiency.- Planning of Tool trial if any.- Review of outsourced tool maintenance status.- Review & take follow-up of bottleneck stage of any workstation.- Monitor monthly physical stock counting.- Effective Utilization of minimum manpower for carried requirement.- Maintain daily all Production Records, OEE, Raw Material Consumption Record, Daily Progress ChartReport.- To maintain 5s activity in shop floor & poke-yoke on machines. - SOP, Startup - Set up, Skill Matrix forshop floor workers.- Motivating the shop floor persons for various shop floor activities (5s, Kaizen, Safety, Product Qualityetc.).- Awareness about ISO: 9001:2015, ISO: 18001- Knowledge about TPM, JH.- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work with new ideas.
