CurrentEndorsement and Cancellation Process:• Handling complete Endorsement and Cancellation & Refund of Health and Motor product.• Handling all pan India nil and non-nil endorsement in Genisys.• Endorsement and Cancellation request received by the customer on Talisma System as well as on mail.• Send the payment link to customer as per system requirement for endorsement.• Publish refund tracker and refund pending MIS in month.• Coordinate with Customer, sales person and underwriter as well as bank.Issuance Process:• Handling end to end process of allotted products.• Data massaging of source file received through Channel partners as per U/W Uploader format & uploading in system for issuance.• Maintaining source file & Inward file and updating the same on respective shared path as well as channel partners on daily basis.• Payment ID Creation & deposit/balance Transfer as per uploader. • Maintaining MIS Reports of daily activities• Co-coordinating & follow up with IT, IMD channels partners/sales person as well as U/W to resolve discrepancy cases.• To help in UAT of new upcoming product.• Reconciliation of payment ID of each product.
