Working as Geologist(Exploration) under Malanjkhand Copper Project(underground).July 2018 to contd…•Over all Inspection, Planning and Quality Control followed by Effective Utilization of Man Power Planning and Work Allocation in the respective area.•Select Locations and Plan Underground for boreholes, Manpower Utilization, Equipment’s Utilization and Environmentally Sound Extraction of Minerals and Ores•Planning of Effective Equipment’s Utilization.•Inspect mining areas for Unsafe Structures, Equipment’s and Working Conditions.•Examine Mine Plans, Deposits and Drilling Locations followed by determine the location of presence of ore deposits for Excavation, Ventilation Planning & Survey.• Supervise and coordinate the work of Technicians, Technologists, Survey Personnel, Engineers and Management Personnel•Monitor Mine Production Rates to Assess Operational Effectiveness and meet the Production Targets.•Monitoring of Mine Development Activities.•Improvement in Pull per Blast.•Close Monitoring of Strata Behavior, During Development in weak zones/geological disturbances like Dykes, Faults, Folds, Joints, etc.,•Overall Safety of the Men & Machineries Deployed.•To Achieve the Budgeted Development & Production in the Financial Year.•Resource Planning, Preparation & Maintenance of Mines Plans, Safety Resources*4500 meters core drilling,core logging,core sampling/other types of sampling,analysis, cross section preparation,report preparation and submission to client*Involved in underground development work of around 7km.
