UOC (Unified OSS Console):- It is a live portal through which my team monitor the live alarms running on the sites.2. C-Zentrix: It is the kind of software through which engineers call to escalate alarms and the take the proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis).3. Remedy: Here we generate TT (troubleshooting tickets) in case any software stops working.4. DSS portal: Through this we can download the alarms history for measuring the team’s performance. Show less
