I am completed my internship in COSMOS Engitech Pvt. Ltd. in maintenance department. During my training period being mechatronics student, I got to learn many facts of engineering in this COSMOS Engitech Pvt. Ltd. plant. Being a CNC mechanical parts manufacturing company, the CNC machines are combination of mechanical, electrical, electronics; hence automation is crucial part of all this machine, however, these all fields are very huge in their own. But still for certain extent I think the mechatronics is the only branch can provide rising demand of all in one engineer on the machines, manufacturing, or any automation industry, and also where CNC is part of their process.I learnt and observed lots of things in this company like:• Machine identification• Machine’s working principle• How to do maintenance • Different ToolsI also learnt some important factors of shop floor management like 5S, Kaizen and ISO which is very crucial to run any company successfully as well as profitably.
