As a Project Manager at Turn the Bus, I lead and coordinate various education projects that aim to improve the quality and access of learning for underprivileged children in rural India. I work with a team of educators, volunteers, and partners to design, implement, and evaluate innovative and impactful interventions that leverage technology and community engagement.I have a strong background in development studies, policy research, and data analysis, with an M.A. degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Furthermore, I have also gained valuable experience as a Research Fellow at Jan Suraaj Young Leaders Program, a social and political initiative by Prashant Kishore to transform Bihar, and as a Research Assistant at King's College London, a global mental health initiative. I have contributed to multiple projects in different capacities, ranging from socio-political research, community mental health research, and documentation and monitoring.I am a curious, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual, with a keen interest in research, data, and policy. I have developed core competencies in policy advice, workable solutions, and socio-economic analysis, as well as empathy and keen insights. I look forward to utilizing my skills and learning new things in the process, while making a positive difference in the lives of the people and communities I serve.
