The Future Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. is providing contract logistics services as inbound and outbound logistics services to Big Bazaar and Easy-Day Market at Jaipur Integrated Food Distribution Centre. In accounting of handling the food and non food products, the damages were occurring in high value against the through-put of the warehouse. - The project Title- “Reduction of Damages in Food and Non-Food products at Jaipur Distribution Centre for Easy-Day Format” - The objective were-1: Find out attributes that affect the Damages at Jaipur DC Warehouse2: To know how to overcome with damages by the different strategies- The DMAIC process is applied to reduce and control the damages in IFDC. The re-mapping of inventory locations were provided to control the damages. Hence with the completion of project the material handling damages were decreased and also the number of quantity damages were decreased.

- I have worked as an Electrical Engineer at “Suzlon Energy Ltd” in various projects at Gujarat, Rajasthan and Karnataka.- I was looking after the EPC-Erection, Procurement and Construction Projects in Renewable Energy (Wind & Solar Sector).- Roles were co-ordination with vendor’s and customer’s for the material planning and work execution.- I have a number of responsibilities including solving technical issues, providing advice, management and preparing reports.

- Learnt the construction of turbo-generators and their components like (Stator, Rotor, Stator Winding Assembly etc).- Got to know the operations of Coil and Insulation Manufacturing Plant (Block-4) at BHEL Plant.- It proved an opportunity for encounter with such huge machine like turbo-generators.
