Routine PV Systems Maintenance: * Initiate and implement O&M procedures, ensuring adherence to vendor reporting formats* Prepare and maintain comprehensive plant data, including equipment details and block- wise DC capacity* Identify and communicate additional equipment requirements to improve plant performance to the project team.* Supervise testing and commissioning activities to ensure adherence to project standards.*Prepare Joint Measurement Report (JMR) and coordinate signing with MSDCL/Windmill section as required.* Maintain accurate documentation of all site activities related to O&M.* Manage inventory and maintenance of spares, tools, and consumables required for O&M activities.* Ensure proper housekeeping and beautification of plant assets. * Manage and maintain Internet and SCADA systems for effective plant monitoring.* Coordinate with the Head Office to ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.* Conducted routine maintenance on module, power conditioning equipment, transformers, and other components.* Electrical Installation & ongoing project Checks: * Ensured proper wiring, voltages, polarity, and grounding in electrical installations. Control Center Operations: * Handled the control center, monitoring and reporting asset performance for efficient plant operation. Resource Planning: * Estimated, prepared, and assigned resources for electrical and related works to ensure smooth execution.Reporting and Documentation: * Submitted daily reports, work permit requests and monitoring reports regularly.Inverter Maintenance: * Installed and Caring corrective preventive & breakdown maintained of center & string inverters.Fault Analysis:* Conducted fault/event log analysis to enhance the reliability of string and central inverters.       Major challenges * Fault Analysis of GSL ICR-7 IDT-2 & inspections work.* Inverter Underperforming Issue.

Key Responsibilities:Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance:  * Manage and attend to all activities related to preventive and breakdown maintenance for WTG Models S82, S88, and S9x.Component Replacement:* Replace WTG panel components including relays, contactors, MCBs, MPCBs, and PLCs.Software Management:* Upload and download software in GFIG controllers, pitch frequency drives, and PLC modules.33KV HT Yard Maintenance:* Perform maintenance on 33KV HT yard equipment such as VCBs, isolators, PTs, CTs, LAs, transformers, and MV panels.Annual Preventive Maintenance:  * Conduct annual preventive maintenance on various panels including power panels, control panels, capacitor panels, DFIG panels, nacelle panels, and hub panels.Performance Monitoring and Improvement:* Focus on WTG MTBF, MTTR, power curves, root cause analysis, and improving power factor.Reporting:* Upload DGR, JMR, and NCR & DGS reports accurately and timely.Testing and Meggering:* Conduct generator and transformer Meggering and perform WTG over speed tests.Fault Finding and Repairs:* Diagnose and repair or replace faulty components in WTG, including motors, power supplies, sensors, and power electronics components.

 Maintenance work of MSEDCL Substation work regards. Attending switchgear & HT-LT transmission line breakdown. Attending utilities related to electrical breakdown. Supervising & monitoring of Solar Plant sites & co-ordinating with company engineers. Works for installation new switchgear in substation. Supervising & monitoring of windmill sites under blade cleaning work, painting work etc. Lesioning work of labour department under Maharashtra Government Utilities. Co- ordinate with contractual labours on service maintenance. To check the proper working of substation yard lighting & control room lighting.

 Lesioning work of MSEDCL of all project & tender work regards. Checking proper working of transformers, circuit breakers & other switchgear. Collect data from work in progress sites & coordinating with utilities. To evaluates electrical equipment maintenance & commissioning under 33/11KV Sub-Station. Check the proper working & preventive maintenance of control panels. Supervising & monitoring of Solar Plant sites & coordinating with company engineers. Supervising & monitoring of windmill sites under blade cleaning work, painting work etc.

 To evaluates electrical equipment maintenance under 33/11KV MSEDCL Sub-Station. Co- ordinate with MSEDCL & Consumers on service maintenance. Lesioning work of MSEDCL of all project & tender work regards. Lesioning work of labour department under Maharashtra Government Utilities. Collect data from outsourcing staff of MSEDCL co-coordinating regards.
