• Search Resources: Match the best resumes as per client requirements from best job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder and Ladders & LinkedIn.• Requirement Analysis: Scrutiny of various resumes and collecting the most relevant and useful profiles.• Recruitment Lifecycle: Managed candidates seamlessly through the complete life cycle of the recruiting process.• Client’s Market Needs: Thorough exposure of recruitment in US Market, staffing services and various hiring processes such as permanent and contract positions on W-2, Corp to Corp and Contract to hire basis meeting the client’s requirement.• Interview setup: Accomplished basic tasks like setting up interviews.• Acceptance & Joining: Coordinated with the Offshore Recruitment Team with the final acceptance and issuing joining letters to all the hired candidates.• To understand IT requirements of client’s IT resource need and deliver qualified consultants.• Manage the tracking and documentation of all open positions, candidate applications and requisite metrics of recruiting success.• Manage all the requisitions of hires which include sourcing, screening, setting-up interviews, salary negotiations, extending offer and closing.

• Responsible for sourcing profiles through various Job Portals Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.)• Dealing with consultants on OPT, GC and Citizen, etc. Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis.• Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates for contract openings.• Establish relationships with consultants/contractors in specified region.• Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates on the process.• Negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.• Meeting daily and weekly targets by submitting quality candidates for our client’s various departments and for various projects.• Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.• Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.• Responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment process.
