· Managing Unified System Manager (USM) instantiation, upgrade, and integration of VM’s for Configuration, Performance, and Fault Management in production Network.· Development of automation tool for Configuration of network elements (eNB, OSC, SMC’s) in the network, network monitoring tool to capture performance statistics (KPI), and Fault management tools to capture Critical alarms and pre-meditate critical outages and reporting them to prevent a possible outage for 4G/5G network.· Development of automation tool for feature/bug testing of new LTE features and packages on Network elements such as Evolved Node B(eNB), Outdoor small cells (OSC), Radio Unit (RRH), vDU, ALU’s for regression testing in the lab environment.· Managing FRD’s and executing first pilot application (FOA), regression testing, feature/bug testing in the lab environment, and successfully roll-out of new software features & hardware packages in production network.· Implementing key Samsung eNodeB and LTE server packages, pre-post upgrade analysis, root cause analysis (RCA) for major faults during software, and firmware upgrade.

· Designed and developed an automation tool using python to interoperate Radio Unit (RRH) from Nokia and Digital Unit (eNB) from Samsung and perform regression testing between the 2 devices present in different lab environments through remote connectivity.· Developed automation tools for Configuration of network elements (eNB, OSC, SMC’s) in the network, network monitoring tool to capture performance statistics (KPI), and Fault management tools to capture Critical alarms and pre-meditate critical outages and reporting them to prevent a possible outage for Verizon 4G/5G network.· Learned the design, development, and operation of Network monitoring tool (NMT) a central GUI platform for monitoring the entire network, (Remedy force) a centralized ticketing system for managing all network issues, and (Samsung Confluence) a centralized database which consists of details of all tools implemented in a network, JIRA ticketing system, Workflow status for each tool along with issues and roadblocks.

• Managed Network management system (NMS/EMS) installation, upgrade and integration in HP Blade as well as Dell servers for PAN India servers.• Managed configuration, monitored alarms and optimized the key performance indicators(KPI) of network elements such as Evolved Node B(eNB),Outdoor small-cells(OSC),and Wi-Fi systems.• Managed TDD aggressor-vicitim interference issue and TDD self-interference issue and worked closely with Samsung HQ to develop an Aggressor indentification and rectification tool.• Managed NBI (North-Bound Interfaces) commissioning and readiness for the network with each subsequent hardware/software package roll-out.• Developed automation tools using Python and Linux bash scripting for smooth integration of network elements and daily monitoring of application in NMS servers.• Managed application and regression testing of various software, hardware packages in LAB environment and successfully roll-out packages at PAN India level.
