- Project lead to conduct the entire development activity; design analysis, proposals, spec finalization, validation plans, proto build.- Responsible for Design Documentation, Technical Proposal, Design Change Summary, Engineering-BOM, Compliance matrix and DVP for Manual Steering Column, IMS & RBS gear assembly- Design calculation of manual steering torque fluctuation as per vehicle coordinates provided by the customer.- Preparing 3D models & drawings in Creo 5.0 of steering system components, maintaining critical & safety for meeting the functional & performance requirements.- Resolving customer queries, failure analysis, root cause analysis, and conducting trials.- Responsible for conducting the risk analysis summary check sheet for any ECR/ECN activity & product life management through Windchill 11.

• Utilizing Creo 8.0 for preparing 3D CAD, 2D drawings for tractor three-point linkage system, drawbar, trailer hitch & precision machined components for off-highway vehicles.• Preparing design proposals for complete tractor rear-end solutions as per tractor categories.• CAD data exchange for vehicle integration with OEMs.• Kinematic analysis on linkage system in creo mechanism.• Benchmarking, design optimization, reverse engineering & competitors analysis.• Performing FEA simulations on creo simulate for product validation.
