Associated with the project under Prof. Sawan Suman Sinha in which we aim to implement the Linear & Lien's Cubic Closure Model using OpenFOAM through Partially Averaged Navier-Stokes Equations (PANS) for highly turbulent flow (Re = 4.2e6) around the prolate spheroid (geometry used for airships, submarines and missiles). Working on this project, I have researched various turbulence models like RANS models and Direct Numerical Simulations. I learned to use ICEM CFD for making unstructured and hybrid meshes and used OpenFOAM for CFD simulations. Compared the results with experimental data with the help of Paraview.

Working under Prof. Gaurav Singh for the Undergraduate course of Solid Mechanics. Helping students to clear doubts and explaining the concepts during Tutorial sessions.

Associated with the project under Prof. Puneet Mahajan in which we implemented the Material Point Method for visualising and capturing the behaviour of Deformable solid bodies during collisions including the cases of Penetration and Bending using MATLAB.Working on this project, I researched on Material Point Method and learned the Generalised Interpolation Method (GIMP) for improving the accuracy of the numerical simulations. Used the contact algorithm and Ghost Cells for acounting the effect of penetrtion while collision.

Associated with the project under Prof. Ajeet Kumar in which we aim to make a code through which we can map the deformations caused in the plate due to applied forces and moments at each time step which then can be used for Simulation of insect's Wings during Active Flying for robots. Working on this project, I have researched on Cosserat's Plate Theory, Elastic Energy Functions and various Time Schemes and Approximation Methods, and used MATLAB for solving the DMB, LMB and AMB equations through Finite Element Method over 2D elements
