And it is an observation that when we work in different departments we develop compassion for our colleagues and with my humble leadership style, it helps me derive better results when people fuelled by compassion are willing to go extra mile for the task and as a company, we develop resourcefulness which in today's business world is a core competency & surely a competitive advantage.
