• Responsible for opening the market of Madhya Pradesh for XSEED.• Partnering with schools through consultative selling for XSEED system of school improvement & teaching.• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.• Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.• Negotiate product pricing, contracts and agreements, ensuring a profitable return.• Planning & executing marketing activities for brand awareness in M.P.• Demonstrate leadership in promoting products, technology, innovation and goodwill.• Understand and communicate all appropriate customer requirements, viewpoints, desires, and comments internally with the concerned team.• Train the new joiners. Help them understand the sales process, product knowledge and help them understand the market penetration.• Provide input of market conditions and forecasting to support business objectives and budgets.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

•Responsible for opening up new Markets for Practo as well as Managing the team for Enlightiks (Company Acquired by Practo) of East and North India.• Participate in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness.• Managing a team and training the new Joiners.• Handling big revenues for the Organisation as well as participate in various Marketing and Business Development Activities.

• Meeting prospective clients, executing effective product demonstrations, emphasizing product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.• Consult with physician practices to understand practice workflow needs and expectations. • Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities. • Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan including Outbound and Inbound prospect management. • Follow up with prospective clients and getting the deals closed. • Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets, forecasts, and reporting on market situation and competition. • Participate in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness. • Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects for the organization. •Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies.
