- Led a team of 5 engineers to develop a system to predict the number of staff required at the customer service unit every hour, reducing the unattended calls by 45%.- Developed an algorithm to rank all the buses based on the past sales and inventory data and sort the search results accordingly.- Developed a system to predict the likelihood of a bus’ cancellation using random forests, attaining an accuracy of 97.5%.- Designed and developed a system to identify the competitors of a bus operator using k-means clustering and compute its competitive index in real-time.- Developed and integrated a sentiment analysis module to analyze the sentiment of reviews received by the bus operators and classify them. The module was able to classify the reviews with an accuracy of 86%.- Built Web APIs to help facilitate data fetching for smooth functioning of the operator analytics platform.- Launched a feature to fetch the customer complaints and track the same on the operator’s analytics platform dashboard.

Wrote interactive and graphical shell scripts to generate the required XML files for CBA components of DSC & their respective versions.
