My 20s was a decade of failure.Being an IIT graduate, everyone expected from me. But while in IIT, I caught up with bad habits. Not smoking, drinking or drugs! Even worse!"Wasting time" - the bad habit that we don't even realise.My 20s were filled with wasteful activities, binge-watching, junk eating, over-socialising, and a lack of direction and focus. I felt guilty and anxious about not being able to achieve anything.In 2017, I turned 30. And I also started to take control of my life and ownership of everything. I realised that, no matter what, I am the only one responsible for my pain and peace. I must take Extreme Ownership. The only thing that matters is the integrity of our word.
