Shubham is a skilled FX & Derivatives specialist with more than five years of experience in the financial markets. He manages the bank's interest rate and FX risks generated by client and bank's derivatives transactions in the course of business. He also does market making in FC IRS and INR rates, structuring and pricing of derivatives products like LTFX, currency & interest rate swaps for INR and G7, and prop trading in spot, Fwds, Crosses, G-Secs & OIS. Prior to joining Yes Bank, Shubham was a Manager at ICICI Bank's treasury front office, where he consulted clients for their treasury requirements on forex and derivatives. He also actively engaged in new treasury product implementation like NDF, NDCCS, NDOIS, Bond FRA, TRS, T-Bill Swaps.Shubham has a strong educational background in finance and engineering, holding an MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management and Research, where he participated in an international immersion program at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur. He also received a DAAD scholarship from the government of Germany to conduct a research project at Technical University Berlin. Additionally, he has multiple certifications in Python, data science, and portfolio construction and analysis. Shubham is passionate about innovation and problem-solving, and has co-invented a novel dual temperature zone wafer pedestal architecture, for which he has a patent and an award. He is interested in exploring new opportunities and challenges in the field of financial markets in sales & trading.
